Miss even one, and it&#8217;s incomplete no matter how nicely everything else reads.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expression means formal tone throughout, third person, and this one catches a lot of students off guard passive voice where it fits rather than active (&#8220;a meeting will be held&#8221; instead of &#8220;we will hold a meeting&#8221;), since a notice is supposed to sound official, not personal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Word limit&#8217;s roughly 50 words for the body. Go noticeably over, and marks get docked even when nothing else is wrong.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And the box. Mandatory. Not a nice-to-have, an actual requirement. Write a perfect notice outside the box, and it still loses format marks.
